Hiroshi Matsumoto

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, the University of Tokyo.Holds an MBA and a master's degree in law from Columbia University in the city of New York Business School and completed Harvard Business School AMP. He succeeded in rebuilding National Steel Corporation, (with sales of 300 billion yen), a U.S. subsidiary of NKK Corporation. Established KVH Telecom Co., Ltd. (currently with sales of 80 billion yen) and  AlphaPurchase Co., Ltd. (currently with sales of 40 billion yen), an indirect cost reduction solutions company, and served as President and CEO. Chief representative in Japan at AlixPartners, the No.1 consulting firm for corporate restructuring in the United States. President and CEO of Advent International Japan branch office, a U.S.-based PE fund that invests 2 trillion yen.

He is currently President and CEO of API Consultants Co., Ltd. and Representative Director of the Chiune Sugihara Memorial Foundation. (Who had saved 6000 Jews in Second World War )

Shunichi Maeda

He is a highly recognized corporate financier in the area of M&A, corporate restructuring and private equity. He began his career with Mitsubishi Corporation from 1969 and, from 1984 until 1987, served on the World Bank in Washington DC. During his tenure at World Bank he got involved in restructuring projects in mining industry, including Rehabilitation of Zambia Copper Mines, Restructuring of Bolivian Tin Industry. After returning to Mitsubishi in 1987, he founded and led its Corporate Finance (M&A) Team at Mitsubishi Corporation.

 From 1990 until April 2003, he had led Investment Banking and merchant Banking operations as president and CEO of MC Financial Services, Ltd, and COO of MC Capital Inc. based in New York, holding U.S. broker dealer licenses (Series 7,63,24,27), to develop the merchant banking, private equity and other financial services activities in the Americas, for Mitsubishi Corporation. During his services in the U.S. he managed the bankruptcy process for Japanese companies as Financial Advisor regarding the Chapter 11 cases.

Toshio Kinoshita

Certified Public Accountant / Licensed Tax Accountant / United States Certified Public Accountant (NY / CA). After joining Coopers & Liveland Japan (now Aarata LLC), he moved to the United States in 1985 and served as PwC headquarters in the United States. After staying in the United States for 20 years, he served as a director and councilor for international affairs at Chuo Aoyama Audit Corporation and as executive director of the Japan Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He was also committed to fostering young certified public accountants through the positions of Specially Appointed Professor at Meiji University's Graduate School of Accounting, Executive Director of the Japan Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Visiting Professor at Aoyama Gakuin University's Graduate School of Accounting.

Currently, he runs Global Professional Partners Co., Ltd., and is deeply involved in strengthening corporate governance of Japanese companies through the board of directors of the Japan Corporate Governance Network. He also serves as an outside director of several large companies, including the Audit Chairman of the Outside Directors of ADK Holdings, Outside Auditor of Cool Japan Organization and outside audit officers of Panasonic.
